Description:
Learn how to move free without being trapped behind your cubicle or your gym, start by expanding your mind and find out how a sport can also be a fun philosophy. Discover the meaning of moving again with Parkour. Learn about fitness that lets you run jump climb and play, no matter the age or level. Parkour is a fun and amazing way to get and stay fit! No equipment required, no special training required, the only thing required is your mind and body. You will have completely guided training by Parkour Federation Certified Coaches.  These classes concentrate on remaining safe and acquisition of basic skills.  We work on many progressions and you will come out of each session with more in your arsenal than you know what to do with.  
This class will make you one step closer to your life long goal of being a ninja.

Texas Parkour helps educate youth/adults about the amount of time and effort needed to properly train the Parkour discipline. Jumping off buildings, roofs or bridges is not encouraged by TXPK and will not teach you how to efficiently move your body. We concentrate deeply on conditioning and repetition of movement within our training.
